AIDA abbreviation for Awareness Interest Desire Action the steps through which your target customers must travel if you are to sell your products to them. Your first job in selling is to make your target customers aware of your offering, then you must ensure that they have some interest in what they have been made aware of, hopefully they will then develop some desire for it and they will take the necessary action to buy it.
