Confidentiality Agreements: defined by the Sticky-Marketing.com monthly magazine |
|
Confidentiality Agreements are agreements made between parties who want to discuss something, perhaps a development, working together, a new project, and they want to restrain parties to the discussion from communicating about the subject matter to others. Discussions with suppliers about assemblies to go into an innovative new product, where perhaps patents have not yet been established, might be a suitable example of where you would want to restrict the parties with a confidentiality agreement.
