Delphi Technique: defined by the Sticky-Marketing.com monthly magazine |
|
The Delphi Technique as used in marketing research is a technique originally developed by the Rand corporation for predicting future events and testing possible future scenarios. Especially of use in technical markets the technique relies on the inputs from a panel of experts who critically not only have an expert, informed, and up to date opinion on future outcomes but are also in a position to bring great influence to bear on their achievement.
